Miami Heat’s Chris Bosh has been named Eastern Conference Player of the Week, while Golden State Warriors’ Klay Thompson has been named Western Conference Player of the Week, the NBA has announced.

In three games during the week, Chris Bosh averaged 25.7 points, 11.3 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 1.3 steals to lead the Heat to a perfect 3-0 record, which is currently best in the East. After LeBron James left town, we all expected Bosh’s numbers to explode like it has.

Meanwhile, Klay Thompson, who signed a four-year, $70 million contract extension last week, averaged 29.7 points, 3.0 assists, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.7 steals per game in three games. Against the Los Angeles Lakers, he recorded a career-high 41 points. His team also went a perfect 3-0, which is currently tied for the best record in the West along with the Houston Rockets and Memphis Grizzlies.
