Brazilian club Atletico Mineiro and Ronaldinho have parted ways, as the Brazil superstar is now a costless agent. His new interest? Major League Soccer (MLS). Ronaldinho, age 34, has had an interesting career all over Europe and South America. Now turning his attention to North America and MLS, he is one big name player teams are willing to grab up while the market is still open. Playing for a MLS side could be huge for the league and that team but that really depends on where he ends up.

Playing alongside names like David Beckham at Real Madrid, Leo Messi at FC Barcelona and newly minted Orlando City signee Kaka at AC Milan, Ronaldinho is just that guy who you want to look. Putting up an [estimated] total of 159 goals in his career, many people say he is washed up. He's done and should retire. Ronaldinho still has the magic and is willing to show it off to anybody and everybody if he gets the chance.

What does Ronaldinho bring to the table? Agility, speed, strength and skill. Those are just some attributes this magician has to offer to any MLS club. His moves will shock you. Not only will he bring those, his stamina and ability to maneuver around defenders is flawless. Ball control is on point and so is his costless kick accuracy, curve control. It's no wonder why so many players look up to this magician. He is an all-around extravagant football player.

Possible MLS clubs? Sources say that both New York Red Bulls and New York City FC are in the mix of landing Ronaldinho. Another team? The Columbus Crew. Surprise right? In need of a striker, a source says Columbus will offer a 2 year/$3 million dollar deal to the Brazilian striker, but nothing is confirmed just yet. With New York City FC recently signing former Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard, NYCFC is looking to fill another DP spot. And the New York Red Bulls are also looking to add him to the roster, teaming up with Bradley Wright-Phillips and Thierry Henry. From the looks of it, Columbus [if true] is the only team that's prepared a possible offer for Ronaldinho.

Perfect fit? With these three teams as listed "Possible Interests," the most logical move for Ronaldinho to make would be Columbus Crew. With the talent that Ronaldinho has, and the fact Columbus needs a striker who can score goals, Ronaldinho could perfectly fit into the system that head coach Gregg Berhalter has set for the team. Playing alongside Argentine Federico Higuain could give this team the boost they need in order to make it into the postseason. With midfielders such as Ethan Finlay who can service a good ball into the attacking third, it would be a huge help for Columbus fans to see their team winning again with the help of this man [Ronaldinho.]

If given the offer that is supposedly proposed, snatch it up and take it. Unless NYCFC will give him a better offer, than the choice is his. As of now, if there were a list of front runners to land this player on your team, the first team on the list would be Columbus. Followed closely behind by the two New York teams.
