With little over three weeks to go till the next instalment of NXT: Takeover, the NXT Universe is abuzz once again and with two huge matches already set as we will see Samoa Joe vs Finn Bálor inside a steel cage for the NXT Championship. While The Revival look to reclaim the NXT Tag Team Championship from American Alpha. While these two matches are already set for the June 8th Takeover, the NXT fans can only imagine what other surprises are in store.

Dream Match Set in Motion!

According to various sources on Twitter, a third match was set during this week’s NXT taping and if these rumors are to be believed the match that was set for the June 8th NXT: Takeover could be a dream match for everyone. During the taping, Austin Aries came to the ring to give a warning that he is coming for the NXT Championship and that he will eventually be Champion.

This brought Shinsuke Nakamura to the ring. The King of Strong Style also says that he is after the NXT Championship and that led to a face-off between the two newest signees. Then William Regal entered the fracas and he made a match between "The Greatest Man that Ever Lived" Austin Aries and "The King of Strong Style" Shinsuke Nakamura for June 8th.

Tag Team Partners to Opponents in the blink of an Eye

Aries and Nakamura were only tag team partners during this week’s episode of NXT when they took on Blake & Murphy. For all intents and purposes, it appears that both Aries and Nakamura were on the same page as they worked frequent tags and they appeared to be happy to be working together. That was until towards the end of the match when Nakamura took control of the bout. Then Aries looked for the tag, but Nakamura ended the match with the now infamous Kinshasa to win the match.

Now with this match, along with Joe - Bálor & American Alpha - The Revival, it makes the June 8th NXT: Takeover, which according to rumors will be called NXT: Takeover Revenge, a truly mouth-watering event which looks like a five-star event even with just three matches on the cards.
