If you have followed college basketball in recent years, chances are you have heard of Ronaldo Segu.

The Buffalo Bulls point guard has received a lot of media attention since his days at Orlando Christian Prep because of his attractive way of playing.

Whether it's with the hesi move or his way of making teammates better, Segu has received a huge fan following across the nation.

Summer League action

'Rondo' received media attention again this summer, where he played in the NBA Summer League with the Memphis Grizzlies. Despite having a limited role with the team, Segu proved his worth coming off the bench.

During his time in Las Vegas, Ronaldo played three games and averaged a total of 8 minutes per contest. Even in limited minutes, Segu showed how productive he can be, posting 7.3 points per game and shooting 62% from the field.

His double spin move against Brison Gresham from the Brooklyn Nets was one of the highlights of the tournament. It even received recognition from NBA star Ja Morant who was in attendance.

During the game's broadcast, New Orleans Pelicans player CJ McCollum remarked on how attractive Ronaldo's way of playing is.

''I like his game,'' McCollum said during the Grizzlies-Nets telecast.

His best moment in the summer league came against the San Antonio Spurs. In the Grizzlies' final game of the tournament, Segu posted a breakout performance that included 13 points off the bench in just 14 minutes of action.

''Thank you Memphis Grizzlies,'' Segu wrote on Instagram. ''Extremely grateful for the opportunity you gave a young Haitian kid from West Orlando, Florida.''

Before the summer league began, Memphis announced that the team signed Vince Williams Jr. and Kenneth Lofton Jr. to two-way contracts. Considering the NBA teams may have up to two players under these type of contracts, Segu could join the G-League affiliate, Hustle and work his way up.

The Grizzlies have shown in the past how effective their way of work is in the development league. During the 2021 / 22 regular season, guard Shaq Buchanan and forward Yves Pons were both promoted to the Grizzlies after time with the Hustle.
