Hull City welcome Fulham to the KC Stadium on Wednesday night, and will be looking to maintain their unbeaten start to the campaign.

The Tigers have returned to the Championship well, with a win over Huddersfield and a point away at Wolves meaning they're yet to lose this season. Fulham meanwhile are yet to win this season. A draw at Cardiff before a late, late defeat to Brighton at the weekend meaning Kit Symon's men will be eager to win on Humberside.

The big news for Hull is that prime transfer target Andre Gray is set for a move to Bristol City after an offer in the region of £8m was accepted by Brentford. The Tigers have already signed Gray's former team mate Moses Odubajo, who impressed at the weekend at Molineux.

For Fulham a former Hull player within their squad is making a return to the KC Stadium.  Tom Cairney, a Hull youth product, returns with the Cottagers following his move from Blackburn this summer. The young Scot scored the solitary Fulham goal in the defeat to Brighton and looks a strong player for the Cottagers.

Players To Look Out For

Hull City - Curtis Davies - The defender had a point to prove this season after falling out of favour with boss Steve Bruce. The centre back has since come back into the squad and helped keep out a potent strike force of Benik Afobe and Nouha Dicko at the weekend. He'll be keen to continue his impressive form at the back.

Fulham - Ross McCormack - The former Leeds striker hasn't made the strongest start to the season so far, so he will be keen to kick-start his season. What better place to do so than at the home of your former rivals? McCormack is prolific and dangerous in front of goal, and could grab the three points for his side.

Team News

Hull can now call on Abel Hernandez again following his suspension after being sent off against Manchester United last season. However the £10m man is not likely to start following the impressive form of Chuba Akpom and Sone Aluko. It's predicted an unchanged side will feature for the Tigers with no fresh injury worries.

Goalkeeper Allan McGregor will be keen to atone for his error against Wolves which gifted them an equaliser on Sunday. Meanwhile Mohamed Diame (knee) and Robert Snodgrass (kneecap) remain the only absentees.

Fulham also have no fresh injury worries ahead of the trip to East Yorkshire. Jack Grimmer had an operation on an ankle injury and may be out for a while.

George Williams (cruciate ligament), Luke Garbutt, Scott Parker (ankle) and Fernando Amorebieta (knee) are also missing for the Cottagers, though Parker is currently back in training but isn't yet match fit.

Predicted XI's

Hull: Allan McGregor, Moses Odubajo, Curtis Davies, Michael Dawson, Andy Robertson, Ahmed Elmohamady, David Meyler, Isaac Hayden, Sam Clucas, Nikica Jelavic, Chuba Akpom.

Fulham: Marcus Bettinelli, Jazz Richards, Shaun Hutchinson, Nikolay Bodurov, Kay Voser, Tom Cairney, Lasse Vigen Christensen, Jamie O'Hara, Ben Pringle, Ross McCormack, Cauley Woodrow.

Prediction

Fulham have yet to win so will be eager to grab that first three points against a Hull side which are yet to lose. The Tigers are well equipped and look set for the win, however it won't be easy against the Cottagers, who in Cairney have an impressive threat that Hull will be all too aware of. Hull 2-1 Fulham.
