Brendan Rodgers today addressed the media, as he previewed this weekends crucial game at Norwich. The Liverpool boss discussed the enthralling title race his side now find themselves engaged, as well as his views on City and Chelsea, and Liverpool's latest injury updates.

Rodgers' side sit at the top of the Premier League table, with the reds now the bookies favourite to lift the league title come May, however the boss has reiterated that his sides feet are firmly on the ground, and even gave his penny's worth on Man City

"There is no added pressure on us now we're favourites for the Premier League. We've made great progress this season.

"Look at our team, we've been asked a lot of questions over these past few months. Players have responded magnificently to that.

"The finish line is still a wee bit out. We just need to focus and keep showing the character we have done."

"Norwich have changed their shape [under Neil Adams]," he added. "They played with a diamond last weekend, but we won't under-estimate them. We know they're a threat.

"This is the most competitive league in European football. Norwich need to win and they will see their home games as being vital."

The Northern Irish man even had time to have a sly dig at Man City, expressing his views that Man City only dominated his side's encounter with them for 20 minutes or so, adding. "When you have the biggest wage bill in sport you have to perform well at some stage."
