With Javier Hernandez' career set to continue it's nomadic path away from Manchester United, potential suitors are queuing to acquire his services and to take the Mexican striker away from Old Trafford.

Since the arrival of Robin van Persie from Arsenal, 'Chicharito' has been forced to play second fiddle for The Red Devils. With the further arrival of Radamel Falcao, Hernandez was forced to seek football elsewhere and chose Spain as his destination.

With a relatively successful season-long loan at Real Madrid under his belt last term, Hernandez seems to have the cream of European football at his feet, should he choose the time is now to depart Manchester, for good.

With Inter Milan and Southampton reportedly interested in acquiring the services of the 27 year-old, La Liga club Sevilla, have now stated their desire to recruit the Mexican.

Sevilla join race for Hernandez

Sevilla boss Unai Emery has spoken of how difficult it will be to replace Carlos Bacca after the Colombian forward's move to AC Milan, but told local paper Estadio Deportivo (via IBTimes):

"Bacca's move to Milan is a great economic boost for Sevilla. Now           we have to find another Bacca, with a different name but similar              skills. It is not easy, but there are opportunities like [Chicharito]"

After retaining their Europa League crown, Sevilla qualify for the Champions League and will be dining at Europe's top table next season for the first time since the 2010-11 campaign, where they were knocked out in the playoffs by Portuguese side Braga. The Spanish club were then plunged into financial difficulties.

Champions League football available at Sevilla

As such, Sevilla can offer top-level football which would be a big attraction for players like Hernandez. At just 43, Emery, the former Valencia boss, is one of Europe's youngest and most successful managers and is sure be a big draw to players both veteran and youth alike.

Now, with the departure of Dutchman van Persie, Hernandez is one only three recognized forwards at United, but with Louis van Gaal keen to recruit at least one or two big names, Chicharito may still have to consider his future once more.
