Mark Hughes' Stoke City side will be hoping for a repeat result against Tottenham Hotspur, after beating them 2-1 back in November.

Both teams are winless in two games, and will be looking to rectify that at the Britannia stadium.

Stoke were beaten 2-0 at Swansea last week and Spurs were unlucky as they were defeated 1-0 by Manchester City.

Spurs will need to secure three points in their bid to clinch the last Europa League place. They sit one point above Southampton who travel to in form Leicester City. A win for Mauricio Pochettino's side would see them go level with Liverpool on 61 points. Liverpool face the champions Chelsea on Sunday.

Although the Potters don't have a lot to play for, they will want to finish as high as they can. They currently lie 10th on 47 points, level with West Ham and six points behind Swansea who are 8th.

In team news, Stoke are without defender Marc Wilson, who serves a one-match ban after being sent off against Swansea last week. Marc Muniesa returns for the first time since February after a hamstring injury, but Geoff Cameron is absent due to a hamstring problem of his own.

Pochettino has Mousa Dembele and Andros Townsend back after they missed last week's defeat by Manchester City. Full-backs Ben Davies and Kyle Walker are their only absentees.

Spurs, last weekend, had the chances to get something from the game but were wasteful, something Pochettino will be disappointed about and will hope his side will be more clinical in front of goal.

Mark Hughes admitted his side just didn't show enough quality against Swansea last week, and no doubt he will let his team know that they have to step up and reach a level which is capable of getting a result against Tottenham.

Hughes' side are in a bad run of form having only won one in their last seven league games. Only Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester City have a better away record than Spurs.

Harry Kane will be keen to close the gap between him and the league's top scorer Sergio Aguero. Kane has 20 goals, two behind Aguero's 22.

Possible line-ups:
