Gambian Youth international Yusupha Yaffa has signed a short-term deal at the Bundesliga side.

Yaffa's contract runs until June 30th 2015, but it includes an option to be extended past that date. The 19-year-old is a product of AC Milan's famed youth academy and due to his long stay in Italy, he holds dual citizenship between the countries. The Gambian has also spent time on loan at Bologna, where he managed eleven appearances but he only managed to score a solitary goal.

It comes as no surprise that the forward has joined Thomas Schaaf's side, as he has been on trial with the Eagles for a few weeks and has also played in a friendly game. He won't be part of the first team plans yet, however, and will join up with the under-19 side instead. Tomorrow he will travel with Alex Schur's team to their training camp in Turkey.
