Fortuna Düsseldorf's Cristian Ramirez has cut his loan at FC Nürnberg short, so that he could be loaned out to Ferencvaros Budapest.
The Ecuadorian defender made just seven appearances for a now resurgent Nürnberg side, leading him to request a move.
"Cristian approached us with the desire of wanting to switch to Ferencvaros Budapest," said Sport & Public Relations director Martin Bader.
The Frankenstadion side obliged and he has signed a deal with the Hungarian champions until the end of the season.
It could prove to be an important move from the 20-year-old, who'll be keen to impress the Fortuna coaches, with just a year-and-a-half left on his current deal.
Ferencvaros are currently in fifth place in Hungary's top division. While they are just a point from the Europa League places, there is a huge 13-point gap between themselves and leaders Videoton.
He could make his debut on February 27th, when Ferencvaros return from their winter break to face Dunaújváros.
