Club Brugge full back Thomas Meunier has emerged as a target for many Bundesliga clubs amongst other European clubs according to various media.

Schalke, Borussia Mönchengladbach, Eintracht Frankfurt, Wolfsburg and Hannover have all been linked with the 23 year-old who has three caps for the Belgian national team.

Meunier's agent has been quoted by Kicker as saying, "Thomas has had a good season and has offers from England, Spain and Germany."

His agent continued, ruling out one of the interested clubs in the process, "Thomas himself favours a move to the Bundesliga and would rather move to a top five club. It would be difficult to convince a player of this category to join Hannover. The club needs the security of staying in the Bundesliga."

In England, Aston Villa and Southampton have both declared interest whereas the Spanish sides offers remain unknown. Elsewhere in Europe, Italian pair Fiorentina and Inter Milan are also taking a look at Meunier.

Meunier, who can play all the way up the right side of the field, has played forty-four times in all competitions this season, scoring twice and assisting seven.
