Udinese defender Mehdi Benatia is set to sign up for Roma, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
"I haven't signed up yet, but I'm just waiting for Roma to sort out the details with Udinese. I have given my word to Roma."
The 26-year old Moroccan international has reportedly turned down offers from big clubs.
"Others clubs? I don't want to mention any names, but I turned down the chance to play in the Champions League."
Beniata has also rejected offers from Milan and Napoli, according to Corriere dello Sport.
It has been reported that Roma must cash out €6.5 million, and give Udinese a player as a part of the deal.
