Javier Hernandez finally secured his move Real Madrid today on a one year loan deal. Real will have an option to buy the Mexican striker come Summer 2015.

Manchester United put on Twitter early today saying: "Javier Hernandez joins Real Madrid on a season-long loan. Real have first buying option on the striker at the end of the loan."

Hernandez passed his medical in Madrid earlier today as well as agreeing personal terms, and will wear the no.9 shirt during his time in Spain.

The want away striker has been linked with a departure for a considerable amount of time with Arsenal, Juventus, Inter Milan, and Southampton all linked with Hernandez, before his move to the Bernabeu and he will provide back up for Karim Benzema at Madrid.

He seems to be surplus to requirements at United especially now that the loan move of  Radamel Falcao to United is all but confirmed. He is only one of a few that are apparently departing from Manchester on deadline day with Danny Welbeck, Tom Cleverley and now Anderson.
