Levante will be looking to climb out of the La Liga relegation zone when they host a fellow struggling Athletic Club on Sunday.

Levante currently sit in 19th in the table with just 16 points on the board, they have only managed three wins so far in the campaign and havetn won in their last five games. They havent faired well against their opponents in previous meetings with Athletic winning in the last 3 games in all competitons.

Atheltic havent faired much better this campaign currently sitting 14th just four points ahead of their opponents. Their recent record against Levante will give them some confidence but they have failed to gain three points in their last seven games in La Liga. There will be a focus on young French defender Aymeric Laporte who has been heavily linked with a move to Premier League with Manchester United this week with reports suggesting a fee of £46million.

Simao will return from suspension for the home side but defender David Navarro will be missing through his own suspension. Juanfran should be brought in place of Navarro and David Barral is expected to start up top as the main striker.

It is expected to be a very much unchanged Bilbao with key player Iker Munian is expected to start on the left of the midfield after he returns from suspension Mikel San Jose is expected to come into side at the expense of Ander Iturraspe.
