Sevilla forward Carlos Bacca whose brace in the Europa League final win over Dnipro has been contacted regarding his future after an impressive season in Spain.

Bacca scored twice in Sevilla's 3-2 win over Ukranian side Dnipro to give them back-to-back final wins in the competition.

The Colombian has scored 34 times in 71 appearences since joining the La Liga outfit in 2013 from Club Brugge.

Bacca finished the season with 28 goals in all competitions with eight of them coming in the European competition.

The 28-year-old has attracted a lot of attention after helping his club to the Europa League last month, and his agent [Sergio Barila] has commented on the latest speculation involving his client.

“I think Carlos has more chances of playing in Serie A than any other competition. First we need to talk to Sevilla and we respect the club. If the player is put on the market, we will evaluate the offers.

"Carlos wants to stay in Europe, and next year Sevilla play in the Champions League and he would be happy to play there with Sevilla.”

United have been keeping a close eye on the striker and with Radamel Falcao returning to Monaco after an unsuccesful loan deal and futures unsure with Javier Hernandez and Robin van Persie, the reds may be looking to invest in a new striker.

Bacca is still only 28, and some would say he is reaching the peak of his career. Bacca, like Falcao is Colombian, and if the move goes through the Sevilla forward would expect a better spell than his campatriot.
