Spezza has over 600 points in his tenure with Ottawa.

6:53: Game 4 will be on NBC Sports for viewers in the US and CBC in Canada

6:52: Game 4 is set to start at 8:00.

6:39: Now, LA is up 3-0 against the Rangers and a win tonight would get them their second championship in three years. The Kings have played extremely well thanks to players like Marian Gaborik and Jonathan Quick but the Rangers won't go down without a fight but the odds are stacked against them. Only four teams in NHL history have won a playoff series after trailing 3-0 in the series and if the Kings are on top of their game, there will be almost nothing that can stop them. Several factors will influence whether the Rangers win including how Henrik Lundqvist plays. "The King" as he is known has to be perfect and the offensive skills of players like Martin St. Louis and Brad Richards will have to be just as good. Game 7 will no doubt be exciting and we're only a few hours from puck drop. Stay tuned as we bring live updates before and during the game and besure to check our website for continued coverage of the Stanley Cup Final and anything else NHL related.

6:38: The Kings-Blackhawks matchup was one that had been a year in the making. The year before the Blackhawks knocked off the Kings in five games and went on to win the Stanley Cup and many thought that would happen again after an impressive Game 1 for Chicago. But LA would not be deterred. They took the next three games and hoped to return the favor to the Blackhawks. Chicago had other ideas. They took the next two games and the series retruned to Chicago tied at three games. Game 7 would go to overtime as it was also tied only this time it was 4-4. The Kings struck back and won the game less than 10 minutes into overtime. LA was heading to their second Stanley Cup Final in three seasons.

6:37: Next they faced their other California rival in the Anaheim Ducks. The Ducks had just come off a 4-2 series win against the Dallas Stars and boasted star power like Ryan Getzlaf and Jonas Hiller. The Ducks were eager for a chance to go up 2-0 as they had home-ice advantage but instead the Kings did that. The Ducks then took the next three and looked to dispatch their freeway enemy. The Kings however pulled off a 2-1 win in Game 6. The Ducks now had to face a harsh reality: play as hard as possible or risk suffering the fate of the Sharks before them. But this wasn't meant to be. The Kings dominated the Ducks and were up 5-0 before the end of the second and won the game 6-2. They tapped their sticks for retiring hero Teemu Selanne then skated off to prepare for their next opponent: the Chicago Blackhawks.

6:36: The Kings had a different kind of playoff run. In the first round they played the San Jose Sharks. They had beat the Sharks in seven games in the second round the year before. And the Kings certainly didn't get off to a good start, in fact they were facing elmination only four games into the postseason. But this meant nothing to the Kings. They took Game 4 in what was seen as a last ditch effort to play one more game but this wasn't the case. The Kings won Game 5, then Game 6 and finally Game 7. They became just the fourth team in NHL history to to complete such a comeback.

6:35: The Canadiens, looking for their first trip to the Stanley Cup Final in 21 years, were coming off an impressive playoff run. Following a first round sweep of the Tampa Bay Lightning, the Canadiens moved on and beat their age-old rival, the Boston Bruins, in seven games. The Rangers put a quick end to any celebration Montreal fans had planned. They took the first game by a score of 7-2. During that game Montreal goaltender Carey Price suffered from a leg injury after Rangers forward Chris Kreider charged the net. Price didn't return, and despite a valiant effort by Canadiens' backup goalie Dustin Tokarski, the Candiens fell four games to two and the Rangers advanced to the Stanley Cup Final for the first time in 20 years.

6:34: Next they met another Division team in the Pittsburgh Penguins. The Rangers pulled out a win in Game 1 but soon found themselves down three games to one in the series. Then one event changed the hockey world. Rangers forward Martin St. Louis' mother tragically passed away. The Rangers won their next game 5-1. Then came Game 6, a game that fell on Mother's Day. As fans chanted his name, Martin St. Louis took to the ice and a short time later scored a goal. He celebrated and cried when his teammates came to congratulate him. The Rangers took Game 7 by a Final score of 2-1 thanks largely to goalie Henrik Lundqvist who played one of his best games that night. The Rangers moved on to face the Canadiens.

6:33: The New York Rangers battled hard all season to get to where they are now. After getting off to a terrible start, they slowly climbed the standings and soon found themselves taking the second seed in their division. In the first round they met a bitter foe: The Philadelphia Flyers. For the most part, the hockey world assumed the Rangers would initially go up 2-0 as it seemed the Flyers could never win in Madison Square Garden. The hockey world was wrong. The Flyers evened the series and stunned the Rangers. They would take them to seven games, but the blueshirts would come out on top.

6:31: For Ranger fans, this moment has been 20 years in the making. A Stanley Cup Final has returned to NY. But no Ranger fan wanted it to be like this. No fan wanted the Rangers to go down 3-0 to the LA Kings. The Kings however are ready to close the series and take the Cup. The Kings beat the Sharks, Ducks and Blackhawks, all in seven games, to get here and a sweep to win the Cup would make it all the more sweeter. It's safe to say that both teams are in search of a win and that both teams have faced adversity to get here.

6:30: Good evening, and welcome to VAVEL USA's coverage of Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Finals! The Rangers are down 3-0, and are at the brink of elimanation. Will the Rangers survive , or will the Kings win another Stanley Cup? Find out here with me, Brendan Hagen!
