Single title

It is worth remembering that Mexico's only title in the Toulon Hope Tournament took place in 2012, when they defeated Turkey 3-0 to become champions; the same team went on to win the London 2012 Olympic Games.

For the Final

Mexico has qualified for the semifinals for the third time in a row and in one of them advanced to the Final, but failed in the other. can they tip the balance in their favor?
10:46 AM2 years ago

They are undefeated

Although they lost on penalties in their first match against Panama, the reality is that France has yet to lose in 90 minutes of regular time: will they be able to maintain this situation?
10:41 AM2 years ago

There is already a finalist

In a close match, Venezuela and Colombia played to a scoreless draw during the 90 minutes and, from the penalty shootout, the Vinotinto won 5-4 and will be in the Grand Final.

Key player France

Watch out for Maghnes Akliouche, who usually plays behind the striker, but who has a lot of mobility, speed and good technique. He scored a brace in the win against the Albiceleste.
10:16 AM2 years ago

Key player Mexico

The good news is that Newcastle United player Santiago Muñoz has already found the net again in the last game of the group stage and his experience in the old continent could be key to get a positive result and thus advance to the final of the tournament.

Who will the Final be against?

The winner of this game will face the winner of the other semifinal between Venezuela and Colombia, so the title game will be played next Sunday in France.
9:56 AM2 years ago

It should be noted that both teams will be looking to improve on what they did in the previous edition. France did not reach the semifinals and lost to Portugal in the fifth place game; while Mexico advanced as the second best team, as in this edition, but in the semifinals they tied 2-2 with Japan and then lost in penalties; in the third place game they tied scoreless against Ireland, but on that occasion they were victorious from the penalty spot.

France: from less to more

The host team, France, went from strength to strength in the championship and in the end closed as one of the best teams. They started with a goalless draw against Panama and lost on penalties, got back on track by beating Saudi Arabia 5-0 and ended the tournament with a convincing 6-2 win against Argentina.
9:46 AM2 years ago

Mexico: to be more convincing

Mexico miraculously got through to this stage with two victories over Indonesia and Ghana and a loss to Venezuela. In the last match, besides the victory, they were lucky that Argentina was beaten and that Comoros lost to Algeria to finish as the best second place of the three sectors, which gave them a pass to the semifinal round.
