As time goes by, it's starting to become more and more common that people talk and express their feelings towards the importance of mental-health.

DeMar DeRozan and Kevin Love have been the biggest advocates for it in the association, and recently a coach decided to resign, citing mental-health issues.

ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowksi reported Indiana Pacers assistant coach Bill Bayno has left the organization due to mental problems.

'Wow' confirmed Bayno has privately described a need to step away from the pressures and workload of the NBA grind amid the pandemic.

Bayno's mother died in April 2020 after being diagnosed with cancer. His father died in 2019.

Bayno, who has been an assistant with the Pacers since 2016, worked under Nate McMillan and now the franchise's new coach, Nate Bjorkgren.
