The Boston Celtics Guard, Gordon Hayward, has confirmed he will be taking part of the resumed NBA season in Orlando.
Despite not opting-out, Hayward did mention that he would leave the 'bubble' for the birth of his fourth child if Boston is still playing, according to Tim Bontemps from ESPN.
Hayward's wife, Robyn, is expected to give birth in September. The Eastern Conference semifinals are scheduled to begin no later than August 30th., while the East finals are scheduled to begin no later than September 15th.
"There'll be a time if and when we're down there and she's going to have the baby, I'm for sure going to be with her," Hayward told ESPN about his wife, Robyn. "We'll have to cross that bridge when we get there."
The 30 year-old, who already has three daughters, has played 45 games this season, averaging 17.3 points, 6.5 rebounds and 4.1 assists per contest.
Hayward is one of the main reasons why people believe Boston is a candidate to make it out of the East, and it would be a tough blow for the squad in case he's not there during the playoffs.
