The Brooklyn Nets have suffered yet another loss ahead of the resumed NBA season at Orlando.

Just when things looked like they couldn't get any uglier for them, they did. Forward, Taurean Prince has tested positive for COVID-19 and will not attend Florida's restart. He is the seventh player from the team that's opted out of the season, along with Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, Wilson Chandler, Nicholas Claxton, DeAndre Jordan and Spencer Dinwiddie.

Jacque Vaughn's team is now eligible to sign three substitute players.

Prince, who arrived in a trade from Atlanta last summer, signed a two-year, $29 million extension with the Nets this season. Starting 61 of the 64 games he played this year, he averaged 12 points and six rebounds per contest.
