Hull City striker Will Keane is desperate for a turnaround in fortunes, not just for himself but also for the club as the Tigers find themselves inside the relegation zone.

The striker arrived from Manchester United during the summer transfer window but is yet to break his scoring duck for Hull as the team continue to struggle both in front of goal and in defence. Yet Keane was full of praise for his new manager who has been "working closely with us and instilling confidence in us all."
At just 23, Keane is still finding his feet in the top flight after four loan spells in the Football League during his time at United. He explained how manager Mike Phelan "has been great for me. He has been telling me I have been doing the right things and need to keep getting in the box and then my luck will change."
The former England youth team representative is hoping an upturn in fortunes will also help his new club, with nobody deserving a change of fortunes more than Phelan.
"We want to put this right," said Keane, "not just for ourselves but him aswell. We know he deserves to turn this around."
"Southampton will be a really tough test for us"
Ideally Hull's response will come against Southampton but the South Coast side are in confident mood after an excellent Europa League win against Inter Milan on Thursday night.
Keane admitted that the Saints will "be a really tough team to play no matter what had happened on Thursday night."
He added “you can look at it as they’ve had a really good performance and victory so will be buzzing about that or you could say they’ve only really got a day to prepare for the game on Sunday".
Yet the striker believes the Tigers have enough to earn three points on Sunday.
He suggested "Southampton will be a very tough test for us and they have some outstanding players but we’ve trained all week to be ready for Sunday. I’m confident we’ve got enough to get a result".
