Dixie Carter finished with TNA Wrestling?

The 51-year-old seems to have lost any power she once had with the company and may be fading away entirely.

Total Nonstop Action wrestling has been on a downward spiral over the past five years although it seems the company is looking to put their best foot forward.

A shake-up in management saw Dixie Carter ousted from her job as President of the company with Billy Corgan the person filling her shoes.

Despite her demotion, it seems things could be getting much worse for the 51-year-old who may be out of the company entirely very soon.

Carter's status has taken a major battering over recent years as has TNA, but with the company now looking somewhat steady it seems they are getting rid of people surplus to requirements.

The former President currently attains the role of Chairman and Chief Strategy officer for the company although whether this is a role she will be keeping for much longer remains to be seen.

Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com was present at Impact Wrestling's last taping in Orlando and reported that Carter left before all of the segments were filmed.

He said, "Dixie is pretty much out of it now. She is out of power completely, she is completely out of power, no matter what is said, but she may be gone."

The noted reporter also said that people had many words to say about the 51-year-old; not all of them nice.

He said, "There were some things said that were not so great about her."

Billy Corgan

While Carter retaining her job at TNA is still widely up for debate, comments made by current President Billy Corgan may sway the argument in a negative light.

During a podcast interview with former wrestling creative writer Vince Russo, the two spoke at length regarding his new role and entire situation of the company.

On the subject of Carter, Corgan said, "Whether or not at the end of the day I or somebody else ends up owning the majority stake or Dixie keeps her majority stake, that has yet to be remain seen, but I see all the moves that are happening as good moves."

The 49-year-old who is also a musician and singer seems to have settled into his role well making the likelihood of Carter leaving TNA even more likely.
