The curtain-raiser of the new season will take place at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 29th August, when the first Women's Community Shield is contested in a double-header with the men's event.

Barclays FA Women's Super League champions Chelsea will face current Women's FA Cup holders Manchester City at 12:30, with the Women's Community Shield able to be watched on BBC One and BBC iPlayer

The match will then be followed by the men's edition, where 2020 FA Cup winners Arsenal face Premier League champions Liverpool at 16:30, live on BT Sport 1 & BT Sport Ultimate

The double-header games will be played behind closed doors without fans at Wembley Stadium.
