Matchweek 13 was another Premier League weekend, which featured late drama, incredible goals and a few surprising results. Here is a quick round-up of all the events:

The shock of the weekend came in the opening fixture of the round - at the City Ground. Liverpool's mini-revival, following home wins against Manchester City and West Ham, was dramatically halted. Taiwo Awoniyi's goal was enough to give Nottingham Forest their second win of the season.

The Saturday 3pm kick-offs saw comfortable home wins for Manchester City and Everton, over Brighton and Crystal Palace, respectively.

Saturday's showpiece fixture featured some exciting, late drama. Jorginho's 87th minute penalty seemed to have given Chelsea a win; but Casemiro responded with a stoppage time header - a crushing blow and the first goal Chelsea have conceded, since 1 October.

A raft of Sunday afternoon kick-offs featured the struggling Leicester and Aston Villa both recording 4-0 victories. The pressure ramped up on Jesse Marsch, following Leeds' 2-3 home defeat to Fulham and Arsenal were held to a 1-1 draw, away at Southampton.

Sunday's late-kick off brought Tottenham their first home defeat of the season - to a hugely impressive Newcastle side, who now move into the top four.

The action was rounded off on Monday evening, as West Ham saw off Bournemouth and moved into the top half of the table.

A couple of assists were the reward for another impressive display from the midfielder. This included a sublime bit of link-up with Dwight McNeil, for Everton's third goal.

The Toffees' early opener came, after a neat bit of footwork from the Nigerian international, down the right side. Iwobi proceeded to play an accurate pass into Dominic Calvert-Lewin - allowing the forward to score his first goal of the season.

From that point, Everton had not allowed Crystal Palace to build up any significant momentum, in their search for an equaliser.

A VAR review overturned an offside decision to rule out Anthony Gordon's goal in the 63rd minute - all but securing the three points for the hosts.

Iwobi's brilliant performance was positively rounded off, with another assist late on. McNeil breezed past the fairly passive Palace resistance, to find himself in a central position, just outside of the box. The winger played a through ball into Iwobi's path - rather than attempting to get on the scoresheet himself, with Vicente Guaita coming off his line, Iwobi played a clever back-heel through ball to McNeil, leaving him with a comfortable finish to round off the final score.

Performance of the Week - Nottingham Forest

After a fortunate win against West Ham - in Nottingham Forest's first home game, back in the Premier League, they had not experienced that winning feeling, since.

Recently, resilient performances earned Forest a point each against Aston Villa and, impressively, away at Brighton. On Saturday, their season may have got the lift-off, which it desperately needed.

Expectedly, Liverpool dominated possession from start to finish. However, Forest were able to threaten the visitors' goal on multiple occasions.

Just like in their previous league win, It was Taiwo Awoniyi who scored the hosts' only goal of the game. A brilliantly executed set-piece from deep led to Steve Cook putting in a threatening, fizzing ball across the Liverpool box; Awoniyi's messy first attempt struck the post and rebounded straight back to the forward, for an easy tap-in, past a helpless Alisson.

Even with a great deal of fortune involved, it is now back-to-back clean sheets for Forest. With this memorable result, they moved level on points with Leeds and Wolves and ensured they do not lag too far behind, at the bottom of the table.

Manager of the Week - Eddie Howe

Newcastle's remarkable revival continued at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

After the first 12 games of last season, they were winless and bottom of the table. Comparatively, their tally of 21 points at the same stage, this season, has them currently occupying the UEFA Champions League places. Eddie Howe has been the crucial man, in making this dream of a revival turn into reality.

Their performance at Tottenham further proved that this run of results has been no fluke. Against Antonio Conte's third-placed team, Newcastle were able to put in an assured, confident away performance - thoroughly deserving their eventual 2-1 victory.

A controversial opener from Callum Wilson - due to his clash with Hugo Lloris, was soon complimented by a fantastic solo effort from the in-form Miguel Almiron. The Paraguayan effortlessly shook off the challenge of Ryan Sessegnon and breezed past Clement Lenglet, before producing a composed finish, beating Hugo Lloris, from a fairly tight angle.

The hosts were able to pull a goal back, thanks to Harry Kane's header. But, as time ran out in the second half, Tottenham were completely unable to pose any kind of significant threat to The Magpies.

Howe's fantastic management of the game ensured that his team's impressive run continued; what a difference he has been able to make at St. James' Park.

Goal of the Week - Youri Tielemans

As James Maddison's cross was defended and fell back to the edge of the Wolves' box, Tielemans greeted the bouncing ball with a powerful, first-time strike.

The midfielder could not have struck the ball any sweeter. It was a perfect effort, which cannoned off the post into the top corner of Jose Sa's goal - leaving the keeper as helpless as you can imagine.

The 8th minute goal set Leicester off, in their path for quite a remarkable 4-0 win at Molineux - their goals came from just a total of five attempts at goal.
